The importance of orderliness and calm
During my WIL practice I observed that some school consider orderliness and calm as a way of controlling both the school and the behavior of the learners because a school without order will be like a playing ground were learners have no guidelines on what to do when they are at school and even the teacher will do things on their own not following the school measures and instructions.
calm and orderliness in my WIL practice was considered because it is important to run your things in an order so that you wont have a misunderstanding at the end, like the teachers in the school were making sure that their classroom are always managed in order to promote a good behavior to the learners because once a class is not managed this will also promote a bad influence towards the learners as they will not have the skills of how to be in order and stay calm.
I observed that in order to make your pupils to be calm in the classroom, firstly you need to set rules that each learner will be able to understand, demonstrate a positive behavior towards the learners, have different strategies on how to handle those who misbehave in the classroom but this must be done in a polite way because the more you become hard to them it is the more they wont be calm and they wont even understand you at all.
the principal of the school was making sure the the school yard and the classes are clean so that the learners will learn that when they enter their classroom they must make sure that they keep it clean otherwise a punishment will follow them, this strategy of giving them punishment made the learners to be in order and it even increased their behavior.
The school rules were followed by both the teachers and the learners, the learners were always in time in the morning so that they can go to the assembly , they were always clean on their uniforms and they were alerted that fighting is not permitted in the school premises that is why i didn't see learners fighting if they had problems they report it to their class teacher so that he or she can solve it politely without nobody being hurt.

MY SCHOOLING AT SIDLAMAFA SECONDARY SCHOOL, MPUMALANGA PROVINCE- A JOURNEY CONTINUED
MY Schooling at Sidlamafa Secondary School, Mpumalanga- a journey continued.
My name is Philile Hlengiwe Mabaso I am a student at Siyabuswa campus (Teacher Education Campus).I am from Mpumalanga Province. My school is situated at Kamhlushwa. The name of my school is called Sidlamafa Secondary School. This school is commonly known for providing high quality education to all the students of the community. There were more qualified and professional teachers who knows what to do when they were in class.I have done my matric in the year 2012 and I was doing the following subject: Siswati ,English ,Life Orientation ,Geography ,Mathematics ,Life Sciences ,Physical Sciences.I really liked to be part of this school because they were always focus in terms of teaching us what is correct for the exams, that is why I have managed to pass with good results because of the hard work the teachers were providing to us as students. They tried their best to give us all the needed sources like previous question papers so that we can study them and pass.
The type of educational technology that was used in my school was not good to me because the computers were available but it was only used by those who were doing Accounting and Business Studies. So in terms of improving our Education as I was a science student, our teachers were providing us with different text books, question papers and study guides so that we can practice by using them.Indeed it was a good school to me.
